Job Title: Software Developer

Location: 13221 Woodland park rd., Suite # 110, Herndon, VA, 20171.

Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain new and existing software applications.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
• Analyze user requirements compare between the old and the new requirements, document the results, and

  Job Title: Business Development

  Job Description: This position is responsible for cultivating business opportunities within the Federal Government by identifying, developing, leading, and managing client relations with key Federal Government agencies in the Washington DC area. Position works in collaboration with the Corporate Director of Federal Programs and other individuals in the firm’s Federal Market Sector.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

• • Lead the Federal Government Business Team by taking an active role in the development of personnel
  • Assist the Managing Principal and Director of Operations in determining the personnel needs for the Government Business Team and individual projects based upon the current and projected workload
  • Work with Project Managers in evaluating scope, complexity, and scheduling requirements of projects.
  • Validate work planning strategies to ensure successful project execution
  • Must have a proven track record in negotiating new relationships/deals that meet revenue, profitability and goals
  • Skilled in developing and leading not only own team, but also peers and partners toward common goals and strategic objectives

  Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients regarding technical vision and strategy
• Coordinate with team to translate application user stories and use cases into functional application
• Design and build business and data layer components
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Adhere to coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand code
• Conduct code peer reviews to ensure high code quality and design patterns are being used
• Facilitate or participate in the user story grooming and estimation sessions to refine product backlog

• Manage the requirements development process through the elicitation, analysis, specification and verification of multiple levels of requirements from an end-to-end perspective and supports the ongoing management of the requirements
• Develop and maintain understanding of customer workflows and business needs.
• Deliver precise business functional specifications to include functional hierarchy, workflow, business rules, interface design and definitions, data analysis, and data mapping to clients
• Gather requirements and help build and document specifications for development

 Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional testing, system integration testing, 508 testing, regression testing, performance testing and assist customer during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Maintain and update Requirements Traceability Matrix and find out the gaps between the requirements and System functionality
• Ensure that all test cases are track back to requirements and user stories
• Analyze business and system requirements, use cases, user stories to develop test cases for testing the integrated application
• Write Test Plans, Test Cases/Scripts and Business scenarios based on the business and functional requirements
• Communicate new requirements, concerns, and issues to Test Manager with recommended solutions

 Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides comprehensive technical writing support to assist Program lead to maintain all program documentation
• Gather, analyze, translate, and compose technical information into clear readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.
• Create and maintain various project artifacts and end user documentation including functional requirements, design documents, user guides, style guides, publishing standards, etc.
• Create and Maintain Meeting minutes, MSR’s, Release documents
• Support the development, review, and editing of new or existing documentation or artifacts for final delivery, publication, or dissemination.
• May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document
• Analyze the technical requirements of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Sources Sought Notices (SSNs)
• Conceptualize, write, and review compelling documents while maintaining compliance with technical requirements, including past performance documentation, capabilities descriptions, and management and project plans

 Duties & Responsibilities:

• Designing databases and ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance
• Help write and optimize in-application SQL statements
• Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases

• Handle common database procedures such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.
• Profile server resource usage, and optimize and tweak as necessary
